Every Preserva pressuriser is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

What is covered
Faults in materials or workmanship arising from normal use, including the pump, battery, charging port, display and lid seal.

What is not covered
Damage caused by drops, misuse, or opening or modifying the unit; normal wear, such as marks or scratches to the body; and damage caused by a charger that does not meet the USB-C specification.

How to make a claim
Please email freddie@preserva.co.uk with your order number, a short description of the fault and a short video showing it. We aim to respond within two working days.

What we will do
If the fault is covered, we will repair or replace the unit free of charge, including postage. If neither is possible, we will issue a full refund.

Your statutory rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect them.
